Section 01

Who we are

iLeadsGlobal ("we", "us", "our") is a done-for-you B2B lead generation company. We operate outbound, LinkedIn, cold email, paid media, and RevOps systems on behalf of our clients to help them book qualified sales meetings.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, our services, and our outreach on behalf of clients, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to iLeadsGlobal as a data controller for our website visitors, prospects and clients, and as a data processor when we operate outreach programs on behalf of a client.

Section 02

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you book a strategy call, request a proposal, download a resource, or contact us, we collect the details you submit. Typically your name, work email, phone number, company, role, website, and any notes about your goals.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we automatically collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed, together with cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and marketing measurement.

Information from third parties

For our lead generation services we license and enrich business contact data from reputable B2B data providers (for example verified work emails, direct dials, LinkedIn URLs, firmographics, and technographics) used strictly for legitimate B2B outreach on behalf of clients.

Section 03

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver our services. Plan, launch, and operate outbound campaigns on behalf of clients.
  • Book, confirm, and reschedule sales meetings between clients and their prospects.
  • Respond to inquiries, deliver proposals, and provide client support.
  • Send service updates, invoices, and account communications.
  • Send occasional marketing communications about our services, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our website, services, and campaign performance through analytics.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Section 05

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:

  • Clients. When we book a meeting or hand off a qualified lead, the prospect's business contact details and conversation context are shared with the client who commissioned the campaign.
  • Service providers. Hosting, email infrastructure, CRM, analytics, calendaring, payment processing, and similar vendors, bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities. Where we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Successors. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
Section 06

International transfers

We operate globally and may transfer information to countries other than the one you live in. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and vendor agreements that mandate equivalent protection.

Section 07

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as we need it to deliver the services, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Prospect data used for a client's outreach program is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable follow-up window, then anonymized or deleted. Client account records are retained for the length of the contract plus the period required by tax and accounting rules.

Section 08

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. Including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, vendor due-diligence, and incident response procedures. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our stewardship seriously and continuously improve our controls.

Section 09

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can opt out of any outreach at any time by replying "unsubscribe", using the opt-out link in the email, or emailing privacy@ileadsglobal.com. We honor opt-outs across the client campaigns we operate.

To exercise any right, email privacy@ileadsglobal.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Section 10

Section 11
